BLUE FOAM One day, I was caught in an automatic car wash, took my hands off the wheel and started to daydream. After the high pressure rinse cycle was complete, I emerged having a great idea for the windows: BLUE FOAM Inspired by the big rotating brushes, soapy suds and the finishing fine mist… I used soft, 2 inch thick, industrial strength insulation material (made from denim/jean scraps) to sculpt this ideas in the four large windows on 58th street.
SPAGHETTI NEUTRALS The idea for the first 5th Avenue windows of 2015 came to me because I was hungry. Slipping in to one of my favorite mid-town luncheon spots, I ordered the Spaghetti and Meatballs. So delicious, and a great concept for the windows, with fresh spring fashion in neutrals tones.
