The GLIMMER of GLAMOUR
With degrees from Parsons and Central Saint Martins and creative roles at J. Mendel, Oscar de la Renta and Atelier Versace, Michael HALPERN spent years honing his design expertise before debuting his acclaimed namesake line earlier this year. His current collection, the first to be featured at BG, is a study in ’70s nightlife-inspired style, including dazzling sequined jumpsuits and dresses. The pieces channel silhouettes from the dance floors and party halls of a celebrated era, elevated with a modern eye and an appreciation for traditional couture.
WELCOME HOME, GUCCI
This. Is. Big. For the first time in the modern era, Gucci has debuted a full line of furniture and goods for the home, and BG has the exclusive honor of unveiling the new collection. Under the creative direction of design mastermind Alessandro Michele, GUCCI DÉCOR features cushions, platters, chairs and more with the vivid colors and wild animal imagery that adorn the label’s fashions. Stop by our Decorative Home department on the Seventh Floor to see the collection presented in all its splendor in a specially curated exhibition from Wednesday, September 6 until Wednesday, October 18.

Reinterpreting the formal elements of classic diamond rings, REPOSSI gives traditional luxury a modernist spin under the creative direction of Gaia Repossi, great-granddaughter of the house’s founder. With a youthful eye, the designer crafts dazzling pieces that channel the inventive aesthetics
of contemporary architecture. VHERNIER began as a goldsmith’s workshop with the goal of creating unconventional jewelry from classic materials.
Its sculptural rings, cuffs, and earrings are an eye-catching accent for even the most glamorous looks. Visit our Main Floor to see these new treasures.
SPECS WORTH CELEBRATING
To celebrate the sesquicentennial—that’s a 150th anniversary, if you didn’t know—of Harper’s Bazaar, Italian eyewear line SAFILO is offering three new frames inspired by iconic fashion stories from the publication’s past. Set your eyes on these special-edition styles, available in limited runs of 50 pairs each, on our Main Floor this autumn.
THE FASHION AGE
This season it’s good to be young, with small-scale styles from a trio of our favorite designers arriving at Little BG on the Seventh Floor. GIVENCHY pares down their glamorous looks to give both boys and girls that distinct Parisian edge, MALONE SOULIERS brings us a new collection of darling girls’ flats, and GOLDEN GOOSE adapts their must-have distressed shoes to fit those pint-sized sneaker collectors among us.
GET CARRIED AWAY
Coming from a family of furriers, SIMONETTA RAVIZZA is renowned for her fur-focused line of heritage-inspired contemporary clothing and accessories, made proudly in her native Italy. Her newly iconic sac-style bag is subtly transformed as one handle is threaded through the other, creating a chic, casual closure.
A THING OF BEAUTY
VICTORIA BECKHAM and ESTÉE LAUDER are teaming up once again for a limited-edition line of beauty favorites inspired by Mrs. Beckham’s most beloved cities around the world. See the newly expanded line and pick up an exclusive lighted beauty box, featuring a selection of must-haves from the collection, available exclusively on the Beauty Level at BG.
Montreal-based NICOLE BENISTI knows a thing or two about braving the cold. Benisti’s fabulous fur-lined jackets, available this season on the Fifth Floor, strike a luxurious balance between fashion and function, providing a flattering new way to beat the elements.
A NOBLE SCENT
This season on our Beauty Level, CREED introduces White Amber, the latest intoxicating fragrance in its Les Royales Exclusives collection. This fruity and floral new scent, featuring notes of jasmine, sandalwood and rich amber, was crafted by sixth-generation (!) master perfumer Olivier Creed and is presented in a handcrafted bottle from heritage Parisian glassmaker Pochet.
A longtime friend of BG, JOHN SALIBELLO has provided his discerning touch to our windows and interiors for years, so we’re now thrilled to add his curated selection of vintage furniture, lighting and decorative elements to our Seventh Floor offerings.
Salibello favors taste over trend when selecting his pieces, ensuring they exhibit his unique perspective and an enduring style.
A newcomer to our Fifth Floor, RACHEL COMEY specializes in effortless yet sophisticated looks that exemplify the ethos and aesthetic of the Downtown New York creative scene. The line, which has quietly gained a cult following since its debut in the early aughts, is refreshingly unpretentious—but still chic enough for artsy A-listers.
THE BED SET
You’re sure to fall in love with the Sixth Floor’s new lingerie designers. FLEUR DU MAL, helmed by former Kiki de Montparnasse creative director Jennifer Zuccarini, takes a subversive approach to lingerie, emphasizing wearability while maintaining a provocative appeal. MORGAN LANE, founded in 2014 by daughter of Jill Stuart and second-generation designer Morgan Curtis, offers a playful yet elegant selection of sleepwear. The line’s muse is “Lanie,” a doll-like character from Curtis’s imagination, whose adventures inspire each new collection, such as its latest whimsical foray into the iconography of outer space.
A NEW PAIR
Walk the walk this fall with two new covetable collections from our Second Floor Shoe Salon. Stunning heels from MARCO DE VINCENZO are the result of patience and perfectionism—the designer for whom the line is named spent over a decade exploring various aspects of the fashion industry before realizing his dream of crafting his own shoe line. The collection includes bright reflective booties and a signature braided sandal. What’s more, perennial Shoe Salon favorite PRADA has created an exclusive selection of sandals, booties and slides that plays off its latest runway collection, featuring rich satin and velvet and fanciful jewel and feather accents. Find them only at BG.
THREE FOR THREE
Fall welcomes a trio of worldly new additions to our Third Floor collections. ALANUI explores variations on a single theme—its signature oversized sash-tie cardigan cut from fine Cariaggi cashmere. These colorful, handmade knits incorporate Southwestern-style motifs and are available both at Bergdorf Goodman and Goodman’s Men’s Store. Another line with singular focus, RACIL meets its muse in Le Smoking, a look that Beirut-born designer Racil Chalhoub first admired in Paris as a child. The result is a surprisingly versatile collection of chic tuxedo jackets for all occasions. And a third new arrival, SHIRO SAKAI founded his eponymous line of hand-stitched garments after training under a Japanese master tailor, creating inventive menswear-inspired looks perfectly silhouetted for the female form.
THE ESSENCE OF NEW YORK
A singular new scent from the master perfumers at ARMANI PRIVÉ embodies the expressive energy of Bergdorf Goodman and the city we call home. Armani Privé New York, created exclusively for BG and available only at 5th and 58th, blends sophisticated notes of vanilla extract, white pepper, peony and more, capturing the fragrance in a sculptural white bottle accented with our signature shade of pale purple.
