Show was beautifully staged… Cool slow modern music…girls moved at ease and without intensity…just like Dries’ aesthetic.  Show was very much a build on what we saw in the showroom: muted neutrals-navy, fatigue, grey, utilitarian/military based outerwear and jackets LAYERED over lots of pants, pleat skirts, sometimes all together.  With Dries he always mixes masculine with feminine so easily.  He balanced solid and print very well. He pushed a lot of play on the Japonais prints and gold thread-work dragon embroideries , and the larger soft geometric print, in blues, teals.  He definitely is behind the longer, soft fluid mid calf skirts (longer lengths in general looking fresher…fuller, flaring skirts too).

A very well received, graceful collection — modern, accessible for a real individualist who isn’t too precious about her look.
