Once upon a time, in a land far, far away, there was a bride in desperate need of the perfect shoe.  As most brides are, this one was fraught with worry in her pursuit of the perfect arch, the most delicate satin and a vamp that would inspire envy upon all of the vamps in the land.  The toe must be almond, she demanded with the gentlest of whisper, almost pointed but also… round.  And so, her dearest wish set forth in the wind and a master of shoes created the perfect silhouette with just the slightest hint of gothic splendor.  This was the shoe of all shoes: from its crystal beading gently crawling up the side to the perfect heel height of 105″.  And so, before sending the pump away in a flourish, the shoe master named it Swan.  Oh the bride was so happy (rumor had it she swooned) and she set off to her perfect day with her perfectly lovely shoes….  And they all lived happily ever after — for ever and ever…. and ever.
