Fashion Week.

It all sounds so glamorous. And, until just a few years ago, this chicer-than-usual trade show was a bit of a mystery most of us only experienced through magazine pages, movie clips and fashion-related documentaries like Funny Face & Isaac Mizrahi’s Unzipped. Not anymore…

Keeping up with Fashion Week (or Fashion Month if you’re feeling particular) is easier than ever thanks to the advent and adoption of Twitter, live-streams, Tumblr, Instagram, blogs and myriad smart phone applications that transfer the thrill & rush of a new season into thousands of pixels instantly appearing in the palm of your hand. Seeing the collections and reading Cathy Horyn’s latest review is just a small part of all that unfolds in the next few weeks. In addition to that, we rely on our smart phones & tablets to keep our days and nights organized while simultaneously getting us to the next show… and meal.
