BG Recipe: The Poolside Margarita
While the traditional margarita’s origin is as diverse as a cocktail menu specials list, BG Restaurant’s barkeep experimented with the season’s freshest flavors to create this sweeter, beachier version. This summer favorite is a classic with a twist – The Poolside Margarita.

The Poolside Margarita (1 Serving)
1 1/2 oz 1800 coconut tequila
2 oz pureed (fresh) pineapple
1/2 oz simple syrup
1 oz fresh lime juice
6 basil leaves
1. Muddle the fresh basil in a shaker.
2. Fill with ice and all remaining ingredients and shake.
3. Pour into highball glass.
