Moncler Genius was first conceptualized by the brand’s CEO Remo Ruffini as a hub of exceptional minds in fashion operating in unison while cultivating their own unique collections. It was presented as a whole in the Moncler Genius building this past February, on the opening night of Milan Fashion Week.
This week at BG marks the launch of 4 Moncler Simone Rocha, designed by Rocha, who is known for her dark femininity. With her collection for #WeAreGenius, she explored the concept of Mountain, taking inspiration from the Victorian Mountain climbers of the 19th century. This reference point can be seen in silhouette, volume and structure, and is complimented by Rocha’s signature red, pink, ivory and black color palette complete with pearl and floral details.
