Meet Rob Zabrecky, a man with many talents. Whether it be magic, music or acting, he’s sure to please the masses with his acts. Thursday? Look below for exclusive details we didn’t even know about this FNO-performing artist!

Bergdorf Goodman: Hi Rob! So great to have you here talking about Fashions Night Out and all of the wonderful things you have planned.
Rob Zabrecky: Thanks so much for having me today!

BG: So first things first… being such a creative person in the arts, have you ever performed in a store window before? Or is this your first time?
Rob Zabrecky: Actually, no! This will be my first time. In all of my creative lives, I’ve never once performed in a store window. I’m very excited!

BG: As are we! It’s going to be great. So tell me, what’s one of your worst childhood fashion memories?
Rob Zabrecky:  Probably sometime in the late 1970s, when I was transitioning from my older brother’s Sears hand-me-downs to fashioning myself in So-Cal surfer attire. There must have been some awkward combinations of Tough Skins denim jeans combined with Ocean Pacific polo style shirts.

BG: We can only imagine! Well you seem to have great style now so things obviously changed for the better. And so now transitioning a little bit… if you could think of one on-stage blunder that’s happened in your career, what would it be?
Rob Zabrecky:  While performing for Michael Jackson and his three children shortly before his passing, I presented a magic piece about being an unusual outsider, and quickly realized that he saw himself as the thing I was calling, “strange and unusual.” Ouch.

BG: Oh my gosh… Ouch indeed! What would be a favorite costume or outfit of yours, that you’ve ever seen or worn?
Rob Zabrecky:  Su Tissue, the singer and front person of the late 70s/early 80s LA new wave/punk group, the Suburban Lawns, managed to pull off of a remarkable mix of Little House on the Prairie meets the Manson Girls beautifully.

BG: Love that! And what an interesting mix to pull off! And last but not least…. What’s one of your guilty pleasures you’d like to share with our readers?
Rob Zabrecky: You’ll never know.
