Bergdorf Goodman has always been a favorite spot for my family. My mother makes it a destination during the holidays to visit the 7th floor displays, my brother buys plenty of his finely-tailored pieces there and my father, well, he likes to buy shirts. However, my favorite experience was probably a few fashion weeks ago with my grandmother, Nonni. Oscar de la Renta had invited us to attend their Resort show that season. Nonni had always been a fan of Mr. de la Renta, and she was used to see him hanging around the Waldorf when he was younger…and it goes without saying she also was quite a fan of BG. After the show (which was gorgeous as per usual), we walked over to lunch at BG Restaurant on the 7th floor with a Central Park view. The whole day went off nearly perfect and afterwards, we strolled from the Women’s store to the Men’s store.

 All in a New York/Jannuzzi day. Perfect.
