BG Stories: DKNY PR Girl
For as long as I can remember, shopping was a family sport. My family in particular showed shopping athleticism on an Olympic level. Growing up my parents would take my sister & me to Bergdorf Goodman every Sunday like it was their job. (Well, it was more like spend all the money you make at your job). I can vividly remember passing through the doors and being fascinated by the jewelry. But ultimately it was the shoe salon that had us at platform heel. Ok when we were young, it was more like ballet flat, but you get the point.
Bergdorfs for us was where we spent our quality time. You know a family that shops together, stays together. My Dad is sadly not with us anymore, but the legacy he has left has made my sister and I always believe “we are worth it”.
Thank you BG for making us all dream in silver and lavender…
