Men’s Fashion Week Diaries: Pitti Uomo

The Men’s Fashion Week season is upon us and we’re looking to our Goodman’s Fashion Director, Bruce Pask to share his favorite moments from each city as he travels through Europe viewing the latest collections. First up: Pitti Uomo in Florence, Italy. Monsieur Christian Louboutin, a first-timer at Pitti Uomo showcased his collection during a day of bike polo matches in Piazza Santa Maria Novella.

Performance meets fashion at Z Zegna’s yacht racing themed presentation with techmerino anoraks and even wash and wear travel suits.

Pops of orange shown with rich neutrals at Brunello Cucinelli. Sports stars of the ’80s like Arthur Ashe and Jimmy Connors served as specific inspiration for varsity-style tennis sweaters and nylon jackets with striped knit detailing that freshened up the assortment.
