Last night Bergdorf Goodman continued its exclusive Designers Off Duty series, which consists of intimate events that take you inside the private lives of the fashion industry’s top designers to gain a closer look at their off duty interests. From sketching to cooking, each designer presents a unique passion that we’re thrilled to share with you. For our second installment, Jason Wu held a private sketching class where guests were taught how to illustrate live models wearing creations from the New York-based designer’s Fall 2019 collection.
Notable guests including close friends like Architectural Digest‘s Jane Keltner de Valle and model Meghan Collison plus Bergdorf Goodman’s Fashion Director Linda Fargo and President Darcy Penick arrived to BG’s eighth floor loft to a beautiful set up of artist easels and sketchpads with an unforgettable view of Central Park. Immediately following a demonstration, Wu personally assisted each guest as they worked to create their very own designs.
Be sure to stay tuned to the next installment of Designers Off Duty.
