Mac, Google Chrome and Firefox: click on the pattern you want, right click the image, then hit save as.  Save the jpg to your desktop, right click its icon on your desktop & select Set Desktop Picture

PC (Internet Explorer): click on the pattern you want, right click image, select Set as Desktop
